Today we are sharing a warm and fun moment from our rural Afghan family life.
After preparing the fire stove, we cooked a homemade spinach stew with fresh vegetables, just like traditional Afghan village cooking in Bamyan.
Before eating, our whole family joined together for a friendly tug of war game, something we often play in the countryside. It was a happy day with laughter, teamwork, simple lifestyle moments, and real Afghan rural culture.
