Now to prevent polyphony dropouts go to Menu- Zone Edit- Voice Reserve:

Set voice assign mode for all zones to FULL

Voice Reserve:
Zone 1 = 13
Zone 2 = 13
Zone 3 = 12
Zone 4 = 13
Zone 5 = 13

Since I don't know what monitors you are using, I recomment you edit your EQ settings for each zone to your ear. I am using the Yamaha HS8 with the Subwoofer. So I had to take out the lows.
A small advice: you can tremendously change the warmth or sharpness of the strings by playing around with the mids and highs in the EQ Edit section.

Last but not least I used some reverb which I set to the mod wheel.
