Kubota RTV 900 - Hydraulic Transmission problem | Can I Fix It?

Our Kubota RTV900 utility vehicle has never been right since we've owned it. It barely makes it up hills, and doesn't get up to it's top speed. I already tried changing filters and oil with little change so let's tear into the transmission, see if we can diagnose the problem and hopefully repair it.

I'm not an expert, but I do enjoy trying to fix things.
