Ella Lincoln began wearing a prosthetic leg when she was barely a year old, but she never really ran until she was nine. That was the year her family discovered Amputee Blade Runners, a nonprofit that gives free custom prosthetic running legs to people with lower limb differences who would benefit from having them. Now 13, Ella traveled with her parents to Nashville, Tennessee in September so the prosthetic professionals at ABR could fit her for a new leg, since she had outgrown her old one.
