Anger and Blaming Others

Have you ever heard someone say ‘Stop blaming others, what is anger a sign of?’ Probably not, but talking about anger and blame is super important considering that blame actually prevents us from dealing with our issues in life. In other words, blame is pure distraction from what we otherwise need to address within ourselves.
