How to Garden with the Seasons | Liz Zorab shares her tips for making the most out of your plot

Liz's gardening cycle starts in the autumn, rather than the spring, and she uses the shorter days to dream and imagine the following year's garden and any new projects.

Liz shares how following the rhythms of Nature has improved her health and made gardening more enjoyable. Early mornings in the garden are bliss, even just to sit and embrace the colours and the sounds of life around, and taking time in winter to be inspired and excited adds another level of enjoyment.
