'Ask the Tree' is the first of three parts, performed live at the concert 'Very Personal' on April15, 2022 in Stadtgarten Köln

The music is picturing someone lost in time and the title is borrowed from a writing by Samin Baghcheban (https://www.baghcheban.net/bibliograp...) and is in Afshari (in Persian Dastgah music),
based on two previously composed/created pieces of music in Persian and Kurdish music:
The Kurdish 'Hay, Nabe, Nabe!' by AliAsqar Kurdistani
• Hay Nabe Nabe
and the Persian 'Baz Amadam' by MohammadReza Lotfi on a Qazal by Rumi, featuring Hengameh Akhavan:
• باز آمدم؛ محمدرضا لطفی و هنگامه اخوان
The lines used here for the Persian piece are from other Qazals by Rumi, different from the lines MohammadReza Lotfi had composed on.
