Celebrating National Weatherperson's Day, which commemorates the birth of one of America's first weather observers, Newschannel 3's meteorologists sat down to talk about their jobs and the changes they've seen in weather forecasting. Oh that first weather observer was John Jeffries, who was born in 1744, and while living in Boston began making and recording observations about the weather. He also is reported to have taken observations from a balloon over London in 1784.
Wonder if Keith Thompson, Jeff Porter, Randi Burns or Will Haenni have ever been in a balloon?
