The aim of this meditation is to help you to start your day in a joyful and happy manner. Just relax, move as you feel and enjoy the present moment.
Keep your eyes half-opened, in order to relax even more. Or if you dance in an unfamiliar place, keep your eyes open, but relaxed and maybe even slightly unfocused.
If you cannot dance right now, you can benefit from this wonderful meditation as well. Just lay down or sit in a comfortable position and use your imagination. Then follow my guidance as if you are really dancing.
Repeat our Felicidance meditation routine everyday for at least 3 weeks, preferably in the mornings for greater results. The more you do it, the better for your body, mind and soul. Enjoy!
