How to Blow Out Lawn Irrigation

Every Fall, when you start to notice regular frost on the ground in the morning, it's about time to blow out the lawn irrigation (sprinkler) system. The goal is to evacuate all of the water, so it does not freeze over the winter.
In this video, I explain how and why we accomplish this with compressed air.
This task is a bit more labor (and time) intensive, but I do enjoy it as sort of a rite of passage in the Fall.
