🏜️ An adventure like no other! Join us on an unforgettable day trip deep into the Rohi (Cholistan Desert) to the mysterious and historic Islam Garh Fort, located just kilometers from the sensitive India-Pakistan border. This is raw, off-road exploration!

📍 Our Journey:

Started from Sadiqabad in a rugged Toyota Hilux 4x4 (essential for the desert!).

A thrilling 3-hour drive through the mesmerizing Cholistan dunes.

Navigated Wildlife Department checkpoints—special permissions required during the exclusive hunting season (restricted to Arab hunters).

Finally reached the isolated, awe-inspiring ruins of Islam Garh Fort.

💥 The History:
Islam Garh Fort holds a dramatic place in history. Originally built to control the desert trade routes, it became a strategic military point. During the 1965 India-Pakistan War, it was famously bombed by Indian fighter jets, leaving scars still visible on its crumbling walls. We explore the ruins and recount the tales of its past—from its heyday to its wartime significance and current solitude.

Conquering soft sand dunes and desert trails.

⚠️ Important Notes for Visitors:

A 4x4 vehicle is an absolute MUST.

Permissions from the Punjab Wildlife Department are required, especially during the official hunting season (Oct–Feb).

This is a remote, sensitive border area—always travel with a local guide and necessary approvals.

Carry all supplies (water, food, fuel, spare tires).
