Me, Ryan, Adam, Wesley, and Will playing a 5-way speed game, with 3 piles and 4 cards as your hand. There is 2 decks in use, and it gets pretty hectic. We have tried this with up to 6 people, and a variation of 1-6 piles. I do not know why we kept reciting the cards we put down, it just happened, and it helped keep track of the piles.
Oh yeah, and I won.
