This is a 15 minute lower abs workout with ankle weights! Or not! No problem if you don’t have ankle weights, as this workout is great also without (Ale does not have them in the video 😊).
We try to keep this workout slow and controlled. You’ll find that if you are wearing ankle weights this actually increases the intensity! 😱
Remember, if we can do it, you can too! 💪🏻 the more you practice the more you will get better at anything, including working out. We are also improving every day, we definitely did not start out like this 😂
