Gretchen McCants is the CEO of My Brand Lashes. Known for her charm and her genuine approach to lashing, Gretchen can often be found connecting with clients and customers, developing new products, and researching ways to improve the needs of the lashing industry. With almost 10 years of business and lashing under her belt, Gretchen has trained lash artists of all levels with her knowledge of all lash techniques, as well as helped them to create and retain a long-lasting career.

My name is Bailey Bacon! She's a mother of 3 beautiful girls, a permanent make-up artist, a natural lash health specialist, and the owner/founder of Meraki Beauty Bar. Bailey started this journey over 6 years ago when she was a freelance make-up artist. Since then, she has received certifications in different techniques 3 times over in permanent cosmetics, received my tattoo license, received my certification in bbp, and received her license to become a natural eyelash health specialist. She takes pride in her work and in educating young brow artists.
