Take my FIRST Tamoxifen Pill with Me |HOW I Create a POSITIVE Feeling toward the Pill |Breast Cancer

After dreading this moment for over a year, this morning I was able to work through my emotions to come full circle and create a positive association with this pill (which has caused me so much anguish in the past). Also sharing a tip that I believe will help myself and others continue with a more positive experience moving forward on this medication💫.

Are you starting Tamoxifen as well? You are welcome to take your first pill with me! I didn't plan to do this, but when I went to take it it didn't feel right doing it alone. I wanted comradery, I wanted to do it with someone who would understand the weight that it carries to I pressed record to take it with whoever joins me🌷🌷. I'm here for you if you are also feeling that way.
