This is a proper mini showcase on Ambient Gangs by Blackjack Colver Voltaire. The main aim of this mod is to add life to the game's world by adding gangs roaming around the map, which attack each other and also the player.
The part of the mod in this video adds in RDR1 gangs like the Walton Gang, Bollard Twins, Treasure Hunter, Williamson Gang roaming in New Austin, and Dutch's gang roaming Tall Trees. It also adds RDR1 Dutch, Bill and Javier as the gang leaders as well as PLAYABLE characters
