That sounds crazy.” In this video, I’ll show you why, as a board-certified obesity and family medicine doctor, I don’t see carnivore as extreme at all. I see the standard way we manage chronic disease as extreme, and I’ll walk you through what I actually see in my clinic with real patients, real symptoms, and real lab results. #MetabolicHealth

We’ll talk about how a well-formulated #Carnivore or carnivore-ish approach can radically improve issues like type 2 diabetes, stubborn obesity, joint pain, fatigue, and gut problems by targeting the root cause: hyperinsulinemia, inflammation, and ultra-processed food addiction. I’ll explain, in plain English, how removing sugar and processed carbs calms insulin, how animal foods support satiety and hormone balance, and why so many patients report better digestion, fewer cravings, and more stable moods.
