Chaos Ensues returns to the Mignolaverse. Talking about the Hellboy spin-off series BPRD (Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense), which focuses on the supporting characters of Anung Un Rama’s story. Liz Sherman, Abe Sabien, Kate Corrigan, Roger the Homunculus and new recruit Johann Kraus.
This series from Dark Horse features work by Mignola himself and writer John Arcudi, art by Guy Davis and colors by Dave Stewart. With a lot of guest artists to mix up the look of the world in their own styles.
Also diving into the origins of Red, Mignola’s early BPRD concept art and if this series is accessible for new readers. It’s available in single issues, digitally and has been collected in different omnibus formats.
