Don't wait till it's too late

So I was recently admitted in a Hospital for an inflammation in my Common Bile Duct. The pain was like nothing I've felt before. I'm all okay now but this got me thinking about how most of us take our health very lightly and live under the comforting delusion that bad things happen to others but will never happen to us. Until they do.
So I'm putting this Vlog out there hoping that at least a few of you guys can start being a little more cautious but you, your health or health of someone you care about, before it's too late.
