Hwy 31a is the Best Motorcycle Ride in B.C. This is the BEST video of Route 31a, No TRAFFIC, and Sunshine. THIS is what DREAMS are made of,, my Motorcycle Friends. See you there this Summer! In the Kootneys of British Columbia Canada from New Denver to Kaslo HWY 31a has long been my favorite run since 2006 when I purchased this Suzuki Boulevard M109R 1800 cc Motorcycle and it is also the the route I out rode my husband while he was on his New Honda. After that ride we rode back to Kelowna where he instantly traded his new Honda for a black M109R and has never looked back! This is the Best video footage of the entire route I have seen on Youtube as there is only two autos in front of the rider and they are quickly out of the scene as I ride hwy 31a. In 2005 this route was in awful shape with pot holes frost heaves and was nothing but a basic mountain throwaway to be avoided, and when I discovered it in 2006 it had fresh pavement and was much like you see in this video. I'm glad to see that in 2017 Hwy 31a is maintained and is know rated one of the top motorcycle routs in BC. In Kaslo and at the end of the video you'll see the BEST food money can buy, (2023 unfortunately this amazing restaurant is closed) which goes along with the Best Motorcycle Ride I have ever had, No traffic, sunshine, heat, on the Best Route, to the Best Food at the Best Restaurant in the Kootneys. Well worth traveling across the country for! I travel this more then once a day, Lunch and dinner from Nakusp Hot Springs makes for a perfect 3 day holiday! Im so looking forward to warmer weather to ride Hwy 31a again! Watch and DREAM my friends! 2023 is the year to check out all the other restaurants in Kaslo!
