What you think is most people's motivation is NOT always their motivation. This is a longer conversation had with a property owner. I ask him why he wouldn't just turn it into a rental, why not just keep it all in an effort to see if he really wants to sell. This is called reverse selling, but also I just like to make sure people think we are the right people to work with! You never truly know what motivates someone until you speak with them.
