What I Eat In A WORK day! Healthy meals for weight loss and working in the office | 1500 cals!
Thanks for joining me in todays video! I am aiming for 1600 calories but was a little under today around 1500 calories! I did have a rice krispy treat at the end of the night for 90 calories I forgot to show! I hope you like these recipes and if you give them a try I'd love to know! Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole
8 servings, 152 cals, 13 g protein
-1 Bag Simple Potatoes Hash Browns
-1lb cooked turkey sausage
-6 eggs
-1/2 carton egg whites
-spinach, tomatoes or veggies of choice
-Garlic Pepper or preferred seasoning
*Use a crock pot liner for best results
Place refrigerated hash browns at the bottom of the crock pot, season and press down into a "crust". Pour over the cooked turkey sausage. Whisk 6 eggs, egg whites and spinach together and season. Pour over the potatoes and sausage, add diced roma tomatoes on top. Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the middle of the casserole is set. Pull out the liner and let the casserole cool. Cut into 8 servings and enjoy! Stays good for 4 days in the fridge! Serve with salsa or hot sauce for a kick!
Taco Soup
8 servings, 341 cals, 28 protein
-1lb ground beef or Turkey
1 can each:
-corn
-black beans
-pinto beans
-kidney beans
-rotel (I do 2 of these)
-2 taco seasoning packets
-1 ranch packet
In a large soup pot, cook the ground beef in soup pot, drain fat, add 1 packet taco seasoning and combine. Then pour in all canned items (I don’t drain them but if you want to then you’ll need about 2 cups of any broth), add in ranch packet and other taco seasoning packet, bring to low boil then reduce to low and simmer for 30ish minutes! You can also throw it in a crockpot after you cook the beef and leave it on low for 2-4 hours! I add sour cream to mine!
Buffalo Chicken Pasta
4 servings, 436 cals, 33g protein
-1 cups Barilla Protein Pasta
-1 12oz Bag cooked grilled chicken (frozen)
-4 Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges
-1/2 cup cream cheese
-1/2 cup buffalo sauce
-1 cup reserved pasta water
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat chicken in a skillet and once cooked turn heat to low and add in cream cheese, laughing cow cheese, and buffalo sauce, stir until well combined, add in pasta water as needed to thin sauce. Add in cooked pasta and serve!
