All they know how to do is to teach you how to push buttons and are utterly clueless on how to use the system to detect a threat. Thier training is a recipe for failure and lacks any procedural processes or threat identification. They also do not teach alarm resolution. Remember these installers are just a person who install the system at your location and are NOT security experts.
