I was having an issue with my FNIRSI LC1020E LCR tester where the Kelvin leads would not calibrate when shorted. This was also causing erroneous readings from the instrument when measuring components.
I reported this to FNIRSI with a recommendation to use heat shrink on the exposed shield conductors. Support will be sending a replacement as well.
So Far I have thankfully, had a good experience with FNIRSI support.
