BOROBUDUR TEMPLE is know as the world's largest Buddhist Temple which was Build in 8th and 9th century.
Located in the city of Magelang in central Java, Indonesia . It stands with three tiers: a pyramidal base with five concentric square terraces, the trunk of a cone with three circular platforms and a monumental stupa at the top. It hold a deep Meaning of Religious Harmony and Cooperation .As looking to its history of construction it was Build During Hindu and Buddhist Kingdom Rule in Java area, before the conversion of Islam in 14th Century.
I suggest better Reserve tickets before visiting temple as they have limited quota for visitors . Tickets Fees are expensive as in my view (IDR 455000)
To reach here get to Yogyakarta ( Famous and big city in Indonesia) , drive in public or private Vehicles quite easy .
