1970s Buddy L "Pepsi-Cola Bottle Delivery Truck" Restoration

Today, we have a superb restoration for you all. This is a 1970s Buddy L "Pepsi-Cola Bottle Delivery" truck. We picked up this truck a few months back at our local flea market. We bought it because it would go great with one of our vehicles from an older restoration video, the Buddy L "Coca-Cola Bottle Delivery" truck. Unlike the Coca-Cola restoration, we knew exactly what this little vehicle was. The shape of the body and the rear pickup bed plastics told us everything we needed to know about this truck, even though the grill and bottles were missing.
After doing a little research, we were able to determine that this was definitely a Buddy L from the 70s/Early 80s because we found a picture of the box set online. This truck was part of a Pepsi-Cola themed set that contained a forklift, this delivery truck (truck in the video), a tractor trailer, and some ramps. Another one of the toys from this boxset may be in an upcoming video, so stay tuned...
We decided to paint this truck in Pepsi's Royal blue, rather than white because we felt that the white would have been a little bland. This truck is such a unique and undesirable vehicle to Buddy L collectors, that its stickers were never reproduced. That being said, we also had to recreate all the stickers on this vehicle, as they do not reproduce them.
