짜장치킨 조리순서(TIP)

*짜장소스만들기

1.춘장볶기ㅡ식용유:춘장(1:1)로 볶는다.
2.춘장과 기름 분리ㅡ거름망에 춘장과 기름을 분리
3.야채썰기
4.야채를 볶고 볶은 춘장을 넣는다.
5.물붓기ㅡ전분물 풀기
6.완성

*치킨만들기

1.닭세척
2.물기뺀 닭 밑간ㅡ소금,후추
3.튀김반죽만들기ㅡ튀김가루:물(5:4)걸죽하게
4.쟁반에 튀김가루 뿌리기
5.닭튀기기(170~180도에 11분,2번에 걸쳐 튀긴다.)
