An explosion sparks a mutation outbreak; now Vladik must survive hordes of mutated monsters, obsessed soldiers, and grotesque bosses while uncovering a dark conspiracy of enhanced assassins.

With 12 weapon types, brutal dismemberment, eerie puzzles, and richly detailed environments, every kill feels savage—and every level reveals another secret.
