This week, I had the absolute joy of taking my brother, niece, and nephew out for a crabbing adventure in Crystal River! While the haul wasn’t huge, the memories we made were priceless.

It was amazing to share my crabbing style with them, giving my family a glimpse of the Florida outdoors I love so much. Watching my niece and nephew light up when I pulled up a crab was the highlight of the day—pure excitement and wonder!

Even though the cooler weather kept the crabs a bit shy, it didn’t stop us from soaking up the beauty of Crystal River and enjoying the thrill of the chase. I hope this is just the first of many family outings like this—especially when the warmer weather brings out even more action!

Florida’s wild side has a way of bringing people together, and I’m so grateful for days like this. Until next time, Crystal River! 🦀💙
