This is my first-ever fishing attempt in a kayak, period. I didn't know what to expect or if I could even launch from the surf, but I made it happen. I caught some nice fish and had an absolute blast. My mic was a little quiet, so next time I will have to talk louder so the camera can hear me. I was using frozen squid on a trap rig and also throwing a swimbait a little. I will attempt another outing soon to hopefully get the lingcod I was looking for.
