🌾🌾Ingredients:
20-25 Brussel sprouts
1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For garnishing
Pinch of Oregano
Chili flakes
Lemon juice
Garnish with your favorite toppings
🌾🌾Preparations:
Roasted Brussel sprouts
1. Prep the Brussels Sprouts
Trim just a tiny bit from the bottom
Slice sprouts in half (peel loose leaves if needed—they’ll come off in water).
2. Rinse the brussels sprouts to remove dirt/pesticides.
3. Blanch the Sprouts
Boil water, add 1/2tsp salt.
Carefully drop sprouts in, cook for 5-6 minutes.
Strain it
4. Season & Oil
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil (just enough to coat).
Add a pinch of salt (exterior seasoning—blanching salt penetrated inside).
Add pepper powder to taste
5. Roast for Crispiness
Grease baking tray with oilive oil
Spread sprouts flesh-side down on a sheet pan with space between.
Bake at 400°F for 25–30 mins until edges are crispy/blackened.
Make quick mix for every 15 min
6. Final Check
Done when golden brown underneath with crispy edges.
Transfer to a bowl, garnish with herbs, chili flakes, lemon juice etc
