🎯 “Learn English is important” — Wait! That’s not quite right… 😅
Do you ever start a sentence in English with a verb and wonder, “Is this correct?”
You’re not alone! Many learners say things like “Learn English is important” — but in English, we need to choose the right verb form at the start of a sentence.
In this video, I’ll show you the three main verb forms you can use at the beginning of a sentence:
✅ The bare infinitive (do)
✅ The full infinitive (to do)
✅ The gerund (doing)
You’ll learn:
✔️ When to use each of these forms
✔️ How the meaning of the sentence changes depending on the form
✔️ How to sound more natural and correct in English!
🎓 If your first language is not English, this lesson will clear things up and give you the confidence to start your sentences the right way — every time.

MY TEACHING BELIEFS
I believe learning English (or anything else for actually!) should not be about objectives, but about the process.
Why should you look at learning as a process?
It's more sustainable in the long-run. Whenever you set yourself objectives, your motivation drops after you've reached them - it's a natural thing that happens to everyone. Seeing learning as a process helps you to keep your motivation up over longer periods of time and makes learning more enjoyable because there is no pressure involved. Learning itself is the most important motivation you have. In short, you win by learning!
