Recipe Ingredients: Apple Pie with Walnuts and Cinnamon

Ingredients
▪ We can choose the apples we like best. They can be just one variety or even mixed, we will wash them very well, we will clean them, we will need:
▪ 8 large or 10 smaller apples
We choose apples that are ripe and firm, ideally we mix sour apples with red ones, for a perfect result.
Cut in half and then in half again, cut each piece into 3-4 pieces.
▪ 100 gr. melted vegetable butter
▪ In my recipe I pureed: 10 medium to small apples, so for each apple I use: 10 tablespoons of medium sugar. Not too full, you can of course completely remove this sugar. If you don't want to enjoy your apples so sweet. So the total sugar is:
▪ 150 g sugar (We can increase or decrease it depending on how sweet or unsweet we want our dessert)
▪ 1 teaspoon of medium cinnamon (We can increase or decrease it depending on how much we like it)
▪ 50ml Cognac
What you see floating is not only butter, it is also the juices from the apples. You will see how juicy it will be. It will not be muddy, it will seem like it has a small amount of syrup.
Recipe note: In order for the apples to bake properly, it needs at least 1:00 hour of baking, in the oven.
Optionally you can add: Extra nuts and raisins to the apples.
Pyrex: 40 x 25 / I add baking paper.
We will add all these ingredients that we mentioned above to the apples, we have preheated our oven to 180°C, we will bake our apples, as long as we have time until we make the cake.
S.O.S: Within 15 minutes, of course, my apples do not have time to bake, that is logical.
▪ 500 gr. self-rising flour
▪ 200 gr. ground coconut
▪ 1/8 teaspoon salt
I mix them very well.
In the mixer bowl I will add:
▪ 1/5 cup sugar (300 g)
▪ the zest of an orange
▪ 4 whole eggs
▪ 2 vanilla
▪ If you want you can add: Cinnamon. Up to 1 teaspoon. I only add ▪ a pinch of Cinnamon, this is something you will choose.
▪ We will melt 250 g. vegetable butter. We want it to be at room temperature.
▪ 1 glass of fresh whole milk or even low-fat (250 ml)
We can of course replace with ▪ 250 ml of natural orange juice or canned orange juice. We can also add ▪ 250 g. yogurt of our choice.
Add alternately: milk and flour.
Recipe Note: In case your oven is not powerful and you know that it does not bake properly from the bottom. Then you will place the baking sheet on the last rack.
Recipe Note: If you think it will break, let it stand for at least 10 minutes and then turn the apple pie over.
