The gravity on the surface of a Sun-sized Earth would be approximately twenty-eight times stronger than what we experience today. Twenty-eight times. To put that in perspective, imagine trying to lift a coffee cup that suddenly weighs as much as a large dog. Imagine your own body weighing as much as a small car. Every step you tried to take would require the strength of lifting a refrigerator.

But the reality would be far worse than merely struggling with heavy objects. The human body, evolved over millions of years under Earth's current gravitational conditions, would simply cease to function. Our skeletal system, our muscular system, our cardiovascular system, even our ability to breathe, all depend on the precise gravitational environment we've always known.

Under twenty-eight times normal gravity, your skeleton would be crushed under your own body weight within seconds. Your heart would be unable to pump blood against the increased gravitational force. Your lungs would collapse as your chest cavity compressed under the enormous downward pressure. Even lying flat on the ground wouldn't save you, as the pressure would be so intense that your entire body would be flattened against the surface like a pressed flower.
