In this video, I’ll guide you through how to preview Sales Document Listings in SQL Accounting Software 🖥️
This feature helps you quickly review issued sales documents such as Quotations, Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices in a clear report format 📊
🚀 How to Preview Sales Document Listings
Open the Sales Module and go to Sales Document Listing 📁
Choose the document type you want to view, for example Sales Quotation Listing 🧾
Set the date range or period you wish to review ⏰
Click Apply and the system will display all related documents 📋
Click Preview at the top to view the listing in report format 👀
Select your preferred report layout and click OK ✅
SQL will generate a complete document listing report instantly ⚡

🔎 Extra Features You Should Know
Show Details 🧩
Click Show Details (top-left corner) to expand and view full document information such as item details and quotation criteria

Print Document Separately 🖨️
If you want each document printed individually instead of a combined list, choose Print Document Style
Apply again, select the document format, and click OK
The system will separate and generate each document accordingly 📄📄
