Del Barber, originally from Winnipeg Canada, is a true travelling songwriter. Since the age of 19 he has been crossing borders any way possible, in order to experience new places and chase down his heroes of the past and present. This shifting sense of identity is clearly heard in his beautifully delicate yet driving and powerful new album "Headwaters"
Del Barber is back in the UK this September on tour with Justin Currie, starting on the 7th at the Wolverhampton Civic.
He will be playing London's Union Chapel on the 10th before playing his own headline show at the Troubadour Club on the 23rd. You do not want to miss this one!

We met up with Del one sunny morning and headed into the beautiful circular centre basement of the iconic Roundhouse Theatre in London. The old red brick construction provided a dramatic backdrop to the session as well as having the most beautiful acoustics we could have hoped for!
