1.It offers ultimate flexibility in both machining and length cutting of pvc profiles ,Totally 13 servo motors and servo drivers are equipped with the machine.

2.Feeding-in manipulator controlled by 3 servo motors.

3.Standard working direction from left to right. Or as client requirement from right to left is also acceptable.

4.Can auto feeding 9 profiles at one time. High production efficiency.

5. 7 spindle motors are positioned at top, bottom, back and fronts 4 sides. Three spindle motors can be rotating at any degree between 45~50 degree for water slot milling.

6. 7 spindle motors are driven by 6 servo motors and servo drivers for milling & drilling processing.

7.The 2-axis saw unit can cut profile with cross-section of 120*150 mm

8. 550mm diameter saw blade controlled by the servomotor rotated at 45 ~135 degree for flexible cutting requirement.

9. Off-loading unit is controlled by servo motor-controlled gripper with gently pulling out and positioned, even for super short size profile.

10.Can print the bar code on production, easy for production management.

11.The pneumatic-electric protective devices and mechanical protective devices ensure the safety in production.

12.Waste collection: equipped with automatic chip removal machine, automatic collection of processing waste, and the site is tidier.

13. Fully covered cabinet to assure less working noise and tidy working area. Internal 360 degree camera and external display assist operator monitoring working actual working.
