Tale of Two Wastelands is an overhaul that plays Fallout 3 inside of Fallout New Vegas, normally you would be able to carry over your progress into New Vegas after your adventures in the Capital Wasteland. Benny Humbles You and Steals Your Stuff is a module for TTW where you get reset to level 1 and your items get taken to Benny's Suite, they can be reclaimed later in the playthrough.
