Stay Curious – Intuitive Abstract Painting (Acrylic Art Demo)

Feeling stuck or blocked in your art practice? In this demo video, we’ll exlore the freeing world of intuitive abstract painting—where there are no rules, no plan, and no pressure to make anything “good.” Instead, we just play.

Today we’re working through a creative block by starting messy and staying curious. Using recycled materials like an old paper towel, and bits of newsprint, I build up texture and let that guide the rest of the painting. This abstract painting demo is all about experimentation, layering, and trusting the process.
