Inside Theatre du Capitole - Toulouse - (FR/EN Subtitles)

On the occasion of the performances of La Traviata at the @TheatreduCapitole, I had the pleasure of spending 3 days there to make you discover the history of this theater, to inform me about Verdi's Opera, and to discuss it with the conductor @MicheleSpotti, who is also taking over the musical direction of the Opera de Marseille for the 2023/2024 season.

Indeed, the Capitole National Theater was born 50 years before the premiere of La Scala, so there is a lot to say about its construction and history !

Besides, next season will be punctuated by very beautiful operas like La Cenerentola or Boris Godunov, take a look at the dates on:

A l'occasion des représentations de La Traviata au ‪@TheatreduCapitole‬, j'ai eu le plaisir de passer 3 jours sur place pour vous faire découvrir l'histoire de ce théâtre, de me renseigner l'Opéra de Verdi, et d'en discuter avec le Chef d'Orchestre ‪@MicheleSpotti‬, qui prends d'ailleurs la direction musicale de l'Opera de Marseille pour la saison 2023/2024.

En effet, le théâtre national du Capitole est né 50 ans avant la première de la Scala, il y a donc beaucoup de choses à dire sur sa construction et son histoire.
