For Coating:

2 Tbsp Corn Flour
2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt as Per Taste
Water as Required
Palak Mehti Broccoli Pakoda Ingredients 👇
• 1 Big Size Chopped and Boiled Broccoli
• 2 Cups Chopped Spinach
• 1 Cup Chopped Fenugreek
• ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
• 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
• 1-Inch Chopped/grated Ginger
• 1 Tbsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
• 1 Tsp Carom Seeds

7-8 Garlic Cloves

300 Gram Paneer Cubes
1 Bunch of Chopped Spinach
4-5 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
Bread Crumbs Mixture
Salt as Per Taste
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2-3 Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion

To Make Palak Paste:
• 1 Cup Fresh Chopped Palak
• 1-Inch Chopped Ginger
• 2-3 Green Chillies
To Make Dosa Batter:
• 1 Cup Wheat Flour
• ½ Cup Semolina
• Palak Paste
• Salt As Per Taste
• 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Tsp Eno
To Make Paneer Filling:
• 250-Gram Grated Paneer
• ¼ Cup Chopped Onion
• ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
• ¼ Cup Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
• ¼ Cup Green Capsicum
• 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
• Salt As Per Taste
• 1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
• 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
