Replacing the Digital Decoder Chip in Carrera Digital Slot Cars - Carrera Digital 132

Electronic components can randomly fail, and Carrera digital slot cars are no exception. If your slot car used to run, and now it doesn’t, chances are good that the digital chip, also referred to as a decoder has gone bad

The procedure for swapping the digital decoder is quite simple, however, it is good to do some basic troubleshooting to be sure that the chip is the problem and not some other more simple and obvious problem.

#20762 - 1/24 Hot Rods
#20763 - 1/24 All 1/24 Cars EXCEPT Hot Rods
#26732 - All 1/32 Cars except KTM and Formula 1
#26740 - Formula 1 (2008)
#24741 - KTM X-Bow
#26742 - Formula 1 (until 2008)
#26743 - Digital Decoder with flashing light function
