Welcome to the grand finale, Episode 21 of the ExQISSite Quilt!

It has been an incredible journey, and in this final episode, we will put the last perfect touches on your masterpiece by solving any wavy border issues and applying a beautiful, professional binding.

I will first show you my go-to method for making any quilt lay perfectly flat. We'll walk through how to measure your quilt, use a simple hand-gathering stitch to ease in any fullness along the borders, and secure it so it's ready for binding. Then, we’ll dive into the binding process from start to finish.

I’ll show you how to prepare your strips, use the Sasher and Duo tools for a perfect result, and attach the binding to your quilt. We will cover creating flawless mitred corners and my special technique for joining the binding ends, ensuring a seamless join.

Finally, I'll share my tips for gluing and hand-stitching the binding for a finish you can be truly proud of.
