Man arrested after brother’s deadly standoff with Miami police

The brother of a man killed in a deadly Miami police standoff has been arrested on multiple charges. Authorities say he interfered with the investigation after his sibling allegedly shot two officers and barricaded himself inside a home in Allapattah. Charges include harassing a witness in a capital case, tampering with evidence, possessing armor-piercing ammunition, and resisting arrest.
