I came up with this routine during Lent in 2024. It helped me drop a few pounds and get ready for summer. I thought others could benefit from it so I decided to make a video about it.
In 2025, I enjoyed it so much and felt so good I decided I would continue certain aspects of it.
I continue to Fast every Friday and starting in June I decided to Fast on Mondays as well.
I'm now doing Hot Yoga two days a week (Monday and Friday) and also Fasting those days (a full 36 hours minimum). I sleep so good I actually look forward to not eating even though it isn't the easiest thing in the world to do. I think about how good I'll feel the next morning and it makes it that much easier.
