Victor Martinez-Hernandez, the man convicted of killing Rachel Morin, has been sentenced to spend life in prison for her murder.
The judge sentenced him to the maximum sentence, life without the possibility of parole, another life sentence, and an additional 40 years in prison.
The sentencing took place on August 11 at 9:30 a.m. at the Harford County Courthouse.
