Thekua Recipe Ingredients
৩ কাপ বা ৭০০ গ্রাম আটা / 3 cup or 700g wheat flour
১ কাপ সুজি / 1 cup Semolina
১ কাপ শুকনো নারিকেল / 1 cup desiccated coconut
১ কাপ চিনি গুঁড়ো / 1 cup sugar powder
১.৫ কাপ চিনি / 1.5 cup sugar
নুন / Pinch Of Salt
১ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1 tsp Fennel seeds
১ চা চামচ এলাচ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp cardamom powder
৪ চা চামচ বা ২৫০ গ্রাম ঘি / 4 TSP 250g Ghee
জল / water
ঘি / Ghee
সাদা তেল / Refined Oil
