Welcome back for part two of my solo backpacking adventure at Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio! Most of this trip actually falls within the Cleveland Metroparks, specifically the Bedford and Brecksville Reservations.
The video kicks off on the morning of day two as I'm getting out of my hammock from a not so great night of sleep. The Ottawa Point backpacking sites are kind of meh. I wasn't a huge fan of the layout and there wasn't any notable scenery around in camp.
i started the day with some breakfast and then headed out to fill up water at the Ottawa Point shelter. Along the way I stopped at Deer Lick Cave, Bridal Veil Falls and ended at the Great Falls of Tinker's Creek. Make sure you stay tuned until the end because the waterfall at the end is absolutely stunning!
Overall, this was a great backpacking trip. There were some ups and downs as there are with any adventure, but in the end I'm really glad I did this trip, the hiking was awesome and I had great weather for it!
If you haven't seen part one, make sure you go back and watch it. In part one I visited Brandywine Falls, Stanford House, Blue Hen Falls, Buttermilk Falls and much more! As always, thank you so much for watching and be sure to give a thumbs up and drop a sub if you want to see more weekly content!
