From 6 backlogs to offers from Amazon, Razorpay, Dunzo, Browserstack | Preparation of Himanshu Jha

Here I present a podcast with Himanshu Jha who graduated in 2021 from a Tier 3 college and is an offer holder of 4 big companies. His CGPA was 6.2 and he was debarred from placements due to 6 backlogs. The only option he had was off-campus hustle.
He sent 700+ messages on Linkedin to finally get around 10-15 test links in a span of 6 months.
Around mid of his 4th year, he cracked Browserstack Internship. And then towards the end of 4th year, he cracked 3 more big companies, and currently, he is working at Razorpay.
He started his preparation towards the end of 2nd year with development, then he did DSA and solved around ~250 questions (150 GFG, 100 Leetcode) and then did some internship through Internshala, and started applying and never gave up. This podcast is a complete roadmap for college students. Himanshu is a true example of how just 1-2 years of hard work is all you need to crack high-paying companies irrespective of your college, acads etc.
