Ingredients:
1 large Tuna panga
1 c soy sauce
1 head garlic, minced
1/4 c calamansi juice
1/2 c lemon lime soda (7 up)
1 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbs brown sugar
1/2 c banana catsup
1/4 tsp liquid seasoning
Pinch of white pepper
For the papaya radish:
Salt
Patis
Sugar
Onion
Chili
Ginger
Calamansi juice
Sliced papaya
